Discrimination policy

The CLEC program is an equal opportunity program and does not discriminate against race, color, age, religion, sex or national origin. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated and may be reported to the program Director or staff. Efforts will be made to provide auxiliary aids to individuals with disabilities. The program requires that the applicant be an honorably discharged veteran or an active duty service-member awaiting discharge via a proposed medical/physical evaluation board who has a barrier to employment as a result of his/her military service that requires Vocational Rehabilitation intervention. Applicants are screened on a point system.  Applicants who do not meet the minimum point requirements will be notified and their information retained for 12 months for possible placement in later phases of the program.
